Gentle Yoga is perfect for any age and body type. It focuses on joint flexibility, balance, stretching and breath work. This is a slow moving restorative workout that can relieve stress, anxiety and depression and leave you refreshed and energized.

Yoga Flow synchronizes the motions of moving from posture to posture further synchronized with the body’s breath. The goal is to have a sustained physical activity that is not necessarily all that strenuous but an exhaustive workout none-the-less.

Power Yoga


Power Yoga is a vigorous, energetic fitness-based practice. It incorporates calisthenics into the yoga postures.It emphasizescore strength, muscular flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina all in one practice.Be prepared to work hard and sweat – sweat a lot.

Classical Yoga


Classical Indian Hatha Yoga emanated from an in-depth understanding of how certain postures affect the mechanics of the body and enables it to reach and sustain a high dimension of energy. It is not a religion or a philosophy. It is a physical science that predates organized religion by 3000 years.

AngaFit Yoga® is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orca Broadcasting Corporation., a Florida corporation established in 2005. Orca is an internet marketing firm for the yoga industry.

1 on 1 Yoga is a systematic system of teaching via well-organized private lessons. It is referred to in the East Indian Sanskrit language as “PraHata” i.e. the PraHata Method™ which is translated as the Learning Method.

The PraHata Method™ organizes and records every detail of a Posture or Sequence including alignment and breath control that a student is taught. Some students are more flexible than others so it is not the perfect performance of the posture that is important but the student’s understanding exactly what they are trying to do with the goal of improving over time.
